MIUTAIL Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at MIUTAIL! We want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with our pet products. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s how we can help:

1. Returns & Exchanges Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (unless defective/damaged).

2. Eligibility
We accept returns/exchanges for:

Defective or damaged items (contact us within 7 days of delivery).

Incorrect items shipped by MIUTAIL.

Unopened/unused products in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

Opened pet food, treats, or supplements (for safety reasons).

Grooming tools, beds, or toys showing signs of use.

Personalized/custom-made items.

Clearance/sale items (final sale).

3. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
Contact Us: Email support@miutail.com within 30 days with:

Order number.

Product name + reason for return.

Photos (if damaged/defective).

Approval: We’ll email a Return Authorization (RA) number + instructions.

Ship Back: Send the item to our return center (address provided). Include the RA number.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds
Processing Time: 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

Refund Method: Original payment.

Deductions: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Restocking fees (up to 15%) may apply for non-defective returns.

5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the replacement item costs more, you’ll pay the difference.

6. Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping.

7. Warranty Claims
Some products (e.g., electronics, durable goods) may have manufacturer warranties. Contact us for assistance.

8. Return Shipping
Use a trackable shipping service. We’re not responsible for lost returns.

9. Late/Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days:

Check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company (processing times vary).
